Music Video Competition 2020!

I want to say my biggest thanks to all groups and individuals taking part in my first music video competition 2020. We received 39 contributions from all over the world, including musical, visual and performing artists from Hongkong, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia, Argentinia, Chile, Brazil, Italy, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Germany. So many different approaches, so much love and effort and fun and mastery. It will be very hard to chose the three winners , and I am glad I have Claire Walka and Ebba-Maria Künning-Zeijl at my side in the Jury. We will announce the winners on November 1 and then step by step publish the best videos. Again, I would like to say thank you to everyone involved. There will definitely be a second competition next year!

Next Premieres

Due to lockdowns there are no concerts at the moment! This is hard for our community of musicians. Even harder consequences face the Maasai in Kajiado in South Kenya, who are threatened to die of starvation due to the third lockdown. So I decided to donate the income of the next ten score orders to this project. My friend Douglas McFalls, who founded the "Pillars of Maasai Development", explains: "We need to raise $6000 to provide food for 45 families and 15 individuals, as well as five teacher wages for an initial four weeks, though the duration of these lockdowns in unknown. Our local partner, Pillar of Maasai Development will again distribute maize (2625 kg), beans (1050 kg), oil (53 liters), and salt to the neediest." I will keep you posted, how much money I could raise. Thanks to everyone who already ordered and donated!
